Ninth-Fifteenth Day

I haven't done really any exercise, it's mostly because of school.  The last few days I haven't been working out, because I felt really awful; I couldn't sleep for 32 hours and then I couldn't eat for about 3 days.  So once I feel better, I'll get back on track!  I actually think that day might be today, but before I do that, I'm gonna go SLEDDING! :D  Yeah Yeah!  Snow day in my town!

Eighth Day

(1/13/11)
FINALLY, I worked out this morning:
I got up at 5:00 AM; did 30 minutes of yoga and 30 minutes of cardio.
I ate French toast sticks (Not the best choice, I know) and drank orange juice (SO DELICIOUS).
During school I was looking in the bathroom mirror and I noticed that my stomach looks flatter :D  I'm doing it, I'm really doing it!
I'm going to go to bed so I can wake up early.

Tip for sleeping: I usually do yoga or pilates before bed to loosen up and get drowsy, but if you don't have time or you don't feel like doing that, you can read!  *yaaay*  It's great to fall asleep after reading something you like. ^_^

Seventh Day

I took another day off because I didn't wake up early enough and I had lots of homework so I couldn't do it before bed!  But my muscles were still hurting so I guess that's an exception.

I took this day off because my sides and legs were really sore and you're not supposed to exercise every single day anyway... :\

Fifth Day

1/10/11-

I did yoga at about 5 AM, because I was getting ready for school, but then I heard that school was canceled so I went back to bed.  I got up at 11 AM and I did 45 minutes of cardio.
Then I played Simpsons Hit and Run :P

Fourth Day

This morning I did 15 minutes of yoga and 45 minutes of cardio.
I ate salad with carrots, tomatoes and broccoli, banana, clementine, a potato, and some eggplant Parmesan.
Sounds like a lot, but this is within the time span of eleven hours.
I'm about to do 15 minutes of yoga and 20 minutes of pilates. 

Ugh, I'm sooo tired!  I need sleep, which is why I'm doing this at 8:00 pm.  I'm going to wake up at 5:00 am to do yoga and cardio before school, hopefully snow will cancel it though and I can do it later in the day :) 

Third Day

I forgot to post yesterday, sorry!
Yesterday I did 10 minutes of yoga and 30 minutes of cardio in the morning, ate half a grape fruit and an apple.  It's good to eat right after you exercise, because your metabolism is really high.
Yesterday was also my mom's girlfriend's birthday, so I ate some pie and potatoes :\  Understatement.  But that's only at parties, and I don't go to parties very often....
Sparkteens.com is REALLY helping with my cardio, I'm so happy that there's such a great site.
