After My First Workout

I just did Yoga, Pilates, and Yoga again.
Yoga- I was pretty bored at first, but i started getting into it.
Pilates- This was great, it kept me moving, I wanted to do more and it worked my entire body!
Yoga- I was getting sleepy, then there was a part where I had to lay down and feel my soul.  At first I thought *BS!* but then I suddenly started crying and I felt so touched and moved.

Overall wonderful workout, this is definitely gonna do something for my personality.
