First Post and DVDs

The reason I am doing this blog is because yesterday I went to the Chiropractor and I was told that if I want to make my back and neck better I will need to stretch and lose weight.
Today my mom bought me a yoga DVD and a Pilates (Weight Loss) DVD.  I will be doing 20 minutes of yoga -> 20 minutes of Pilates -> and 20 minutes of yoga again.
In the morning I will only be doing 20-30 minutes of yoga because I have school.
